Chicks on Lit

So my new favorite place online is Goodreads.com. It's a site where you can share with friends what you're reading/read already/or will read next. You can also write reviews of the books you've read, or read reviews to figure out want you'd like to read next. I also just joined one of their discussion groups called Chicks on Lit. It's just a group of girls who share and discuss what they are reading, amoungst other things. I have been an avid readers since I learned how. And adore the written word, so this is right up my ally. I am almost done with Memory Keepers Daughter, which I really like so far, but it has very mixed reviews. On my nightstand is a book by Maya Angelou, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, which I decided to pick up b/c I saw it on a friend's goodreads page. So it's a fantastic resource someone who no only likes literature, but also likes finding new and interesting things to read.
